On the importance of "Terms of Use" on a website
What is this thing about "terms of use" on websites? How important is it? Is it required by law? Do I, as the site owner, have an "interest" in it? And suppose I must have it – is it worth consulting a lawyer on this matter, or is it perhaps enough to "borrow" the terms of another site?
